What data do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you register with us as either a prospective property investor, prospective landlord or prospective tenant. In order for us to assist you in either sourcing you a buy to let, renting out your property, or looking for a property to rent, then we will ask you to provide us with your contact information.
If you are a prospective tenant then we are likely to send your details to a credit reference agency in order to process any application that you make for rental accommodation.
Depending upon your use of Our Site, we may collect some or all of the following personal and non-personal data (please also see Part 14 on our use of Cookies and similar technologies):
A list of URLs starting with a referring site, your activity on Our Site, and the site you exit to.
How do we use your personal data?
Under the GDPR, we must always have a lawful basis for using personal data. How long do we keep your personal data?
We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
How and where do we store and transfer your personal data?
