Progressive Lets have been my letting agents for over 10 years. In that time they have been thoroughly professional and reliable. Every member of staff has been courteous, prompt and helpful. I would like to mention especially for their ongoing service Tam Du’Kett for his proactive reliability, Angela Proudlock for the detailed reports and Steph Forrester who is always on top of everything and a source of great property letting wisdom. I am sure there are others behind the scenes helping keep the cogs running smoothly so I would like to thank them too. Of course I should also mention Wayne Beecham who makes sure everything gets paid promptly whether going into or out of my account.
I have had occasion to use other letting agents for historical and practical reasons for one of my three properties but I switched it over to Progressive Lets last year and everything now runs smoothly.
As I live 150 miles away from Peterborough, I am totally dependent on my letting agency. Progressive Lets have never let me down. I would recommend them to other landlords.
