A+++
Karis is very understandable, and always avail herself to help meet the needs of her clients. She is thr best estate manager I’ve met over the past few years I relocated to the UK. Thumbs up 👍 Karis
As a very inexperienced landlord, I honestly couldn’t have asked for better support than I’ve received from Progressive Lets, especially Steph and Tam.
From the moment I found them, I’ve been genuinely blown away by the level of service. It’s not just professional, it’s incredibly personalised and thoughtful. They’ve taken the time to understand my situation, answered every question (no matter how basic!), and guided me through each step with patience and clarity.
What’s really stood out is their calm, reassuring approach. Being new to this, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, but they’ve consistently made everything feel manageable and under control. I’ve felt supported from day one, and that’s made all the difference.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, especially if you’re starting out and want a team that genuinely cares as much as they deliver.
